New Adventure – Femme Fatale

I am not even sure where to begin with this post as I am so excited about our new adventure. Chantal Drummond (one my close friends and fellow boudoir photographer) and I have finally joined forces in the boudoir photography arena. We have been talking about this for over a year…but timing just wasn’t right. To cut a long story short…the time is right and we have launched an exclusive boudoir offering and studio…Femme Fatale. Our glamorous team is made up of us and 2 amazingly talented make-up artists & hair stylists - Monique Swanepoel and Shandrè Swart.

We launched Femme Fatale at the Oakfield Winter Wedding Expo on the 5th & 6th July. It was a raging success and I have to say…I couldn’t be happier or prouder of all of us! In addition, people’s positive encouragement and support has been fantastic and more than we could have ever hoped for…it has been a great start to an exciting and fun-filled adventure.

Gorgeous Rozi Cheeks

Over the weekend I joined a few photographers for a boudoir fun day. We decided to test drive one of the photographer’s studio. It was a gorgeous space with lost of natural light and divine flooring.

The beautiful make-up was done by the very talented Make up by Monique. I love Monique’s work – it is always so classy and perfect for the client’s features and personality.

The gorgeous lady we photographed was Rozi Cheeks – yes I have photographed her before but that is coz she is just so hot and sexy…I can’t get enough of her!

I know I haven’t posted in a while…which is very naughty of me and it is not that I don’t care or I am no longer doing boudoir photography. It is that I took a little break to plan my wedding and get married.

It was a hectic yet amazing experience. We decided to get married at Sante Hotel & Spa in Paarl, Cape Town. Everyone asks why would you get married in Cape Town…just look at the photo below and you will find yourself asking why wouldn’t you get married in the Cape. It is the sheer beauty that the Cape beholds…mountains, vineyards, sea, beaches…your options are endless. You know being a photographer – these things are important

Sexy Mrs G

A few weeks ago, I photographed the super sexy Mrs G, who did the shoot for her hubby. What a lucky man, I must add!

She is such a bubbly and friendly person with the most beautiful eyes and of course abs Mrs G is such an amazing and determined lady – she was a body builder and got her Springbok colours for the fitness side of body building (I do hope I have explained this correctly as I didn’t realise there was so many categories, etc).

Her gorgeous hair & make-up was done by Celeste Breytenbach, a very talented freelance MUA and hair stylist.

She was a little nervous at the beginning but soon relaxed and we had a fantastic shoot and I think we got incredible shots.

Fiery Mrs L

A couple of weeks ago I photographed the super sexy, fiery hot Mrs L. Her husband bought her the shoot for her birthday…what an awesome gift from your hubby!

She booked an exquisite room at Le Chatelat (which I must confess is one of my favourite boutique hotels, as it is gorgeous and the furniture is to die for). Her stunning make-up was done by the talented Shandre from Makeup by Shandre. Shandre’s work is always beautiful and made Mrs L feel so glamorous. Thanks Shandre for the fabulous job, you do every time

When we got started with the shoot, Mrs L was a little nervous and kept insisting that she is very difficult to photograph as she isn’t photogenic. Well I must disagree – look at the images below and judge for yourself. In some of the photos Mrs L looks just like Angelina Jolie. She just oozes sexiness – her hubby is one luckily man!

Not only is she smoking hot, with the most incredible red hair but she is one of the most interesting, kind and friendly people I have ever met! She is just lovely and can you believe this sexy mamma has two children! Me either!

Lebanese Goddess : Mrs L

A few weeks ago I photographed this gorgeous Lebanese goddess! It took a while for the two us to meet up and do this shoot…but wow…it was totally worth the wait! Mrs L is not only super sexy but so lovely and fun to photograph. We really had a fabulous time through out the shoot. She was so easy going and was up to try anything I suggested. We got some smoking hot shots…and I was so excited when she agreed to let me share some of them with you.

Her equally sexy make-up was done by Jenny from Dagena. Jenny really made Mrs L’s beautiful green/blue eyes pop. Mrs L’s eyes are just so enchanting, I couldn’t help but get a few close-ups so you can see them too…all I can say is her husband is one lucky man as this lady is the real deal and as beautiful inside as she is out.

Miss Justine

Oh my goodness, I cant believe I started writing this blog and then totally forgot to post it! This lady is so smoking hot!

A few months ago, I photographed the gorgeous and sexy Miss Justine. She is such an awesome person with the most incredible blue eyes. And we had bucket loads of fun! I just love her to bits!

Her stunning make-up was done by Jenny from Dagena. Poor Jenny was a little stressed as she battled with Justine’s eyes a bit, as they were sensitive and watery that day but wow – I think she did an incredible job as Justine’s eyes looked so fabulous!

Mrs G

Mrs G was another of our boudoir marathon sexy ladies. The marathon was held at my Joburg studio, in conjunction with my friend Chantal Drummond of Beautiful Boudoir.

From the moment I met Mrs G, I knew this would be an amazing shoot…she has the most incredible legs that go on for days and such sexy eyes…her hubby is one lucky man!

Mrs G’s stunning make-up was done by the very talented Make-up By Shandre. Shandre made Mrs G’s eye really pop! Thank’s Shandre for all your hard work on the day – it is so appreciated!

As her hubby just loves the red top she arrived in – we did a mini outside lifestyle shoot that turned out so beautifully!

I recently ran a boudoir marathon in conjunction with my dear friend Chantal Drummond of Beautiful Boudoir, held at my studio in Joburg. These events are normally extremely busy, filled with lots of laughter, fun, beautiful lingerie and stunning photos – and this marathon was just that.

The first sexy lady that we photographed was Miss J…she is not only a talented make-up artist and beautician but also a mummy of 2 – can you believe this stunning lady has had children…certainly doesn’t look like it! Miss J was also such fun and we laughed so much…was a fab shoot!

The very talented Make-up By Shandre did her beautiful and sultry make-up. A big thank you to Shandre for joining us for this marathon…we couldn’t have done it without you and I know you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Miss G

Miss G wanted to give her man an extra special gift this Valentine’s Day…so we organised a sexy shoot and album for her…which I must add, her man was totally surprised by but loved!

Miss G is such a fun loving and beautiful lady. We really had fun during the shoot…she was willing to try just about any pose and think we got some great pics
